Brown 3PLY Hard Sheet Roll is specially designed to give the best protection for ceramic tiles and all surfaces. It is made of three layers, which include; Brown Polythene Plastic, Corrugated Hard Sheet & Flat Hard Sheet.

The Corrugated and Flat Hard Sheet are bonded together with a special adhesive, and the Brown Polythene Plastic is adhered on top of them, making it waterproof, thicker and stronger.

The Corrugated Hard Sheet, which is the bottom layer, is designed to be very strong to protect the ceramic / tiles from any damages or scratches.

It is made of high quality raw material, easy to fix and remove, and is cost effective. In addition, 40% of this material is reusable.

Moreover, Brown 3PLY Hard Sheet gives three times more protection to ceramic than Gypsum, Polythene and Plywood. It gives the best quality protection at an economical price.

Method of fixing the Brown 3Ply Hard Sheet Rolls

1. Clean the tiles and corners with a cloth to make sure it is dry from any dust or water so the tape can stick.
2. The corrugated side should be facing the floor and the smooth side of the roll should be facing the ceiling.
3. Cut the rolls as sheets for the protected area.
4. Spread the first sheet to the wall

a. If there is skirting, slightly cut behind to bend on the skirting (±2 inches). Tape
the sheet on the skirting and also tape it from the other side to the tiles
b. If there is no skirting, move the sheet away from the wall (±2 inches) and tape it on the tiles and also tape it from the other side to the tiles.

5. Apply another sheet next to it (not overlapping), and stick it next to the first sheet, and also stick it from the other side to the tile.
6. You must fix the sheets with the tape on all edges and between all the sheets, in order to avoid any water leaking under the sheets and to avoid any air gaps.
